  1. I’d love to see you point out what kinds of other additives are bad and why. Soy lecithin? Anything with -ate on the end lol I just try to avoid it but I’m not sure where it’s ok to allow things and isn’t and why.

    1. Great thought! Those are deeper conversations. For the sake of this Reboot and keeping things simple, this is a starting point. In the next level we go deeper into this very topic. Just avoiding the “Whole 30” mentality! We will get there eventually!
